I was experiencing many different problems with my Dell desktop. My computer is 5 years old so problems are likely to arise in that amount of time. I was reading the Gold Canyon Ledger one afternoon and saw the Primeau PC advertisement, so I called and made an appointment to have Primeau come out to my home. Your coming out to my home was convenient and you arrived on time. You greeted my computer with a positive attitude, diagnosed all the problems and even added extra RAM, wow my computer is as it was 5 years ago, fast and fresh. Since then, I have had Primeau PC come out and do additional work on my laptops. He is thorough in many applications and it has been a pleasure to know him as he is my number 1 computer technician!
